Ingredients

1) 300 gm Dahi
2) 1 tbsp haldi
3) 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
4) 1 tbsp coriander powder
5) 1 tbsp garam malasa
6) 1 tbsp garlic paste
7) 2 tbsp corn floor
8) Salt to taste
9) 8-10 pc of soya chaaps
10) Lemon and chat masala to garnish

Steps:

1) Mix Dahi with haldi, red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, garlic paste, corn floor.
2) Wash soya chaaps and apply criss cross cuts with a knife, it helps better absorption of marinate.
3) Apply marinate on soya chaaps and leave it for 2-3 hours
4) Preheat oven at 200 degree C for 10 min
5) Set OTG at top heating position
6) Place soya chaaps on grill and place grill on top position in OTG
7) Grill chaaps for 15-20 min, soya2then flip them and grill again other side for 10-15 min.
8) Garnish with lemon juice and chat masala
